Any existing and previously approved Annual Professional Performance Review (“APPR”) procedures pursuant to Section 100.2(o) of the Rules and Regulations of the Commissioner of Education remain in effect for principals and teachers who are not subject to Education Law Section 3012-c. The Ramapo Central School District has entered into or will be entering into negotiations with its bargaining units, the Professional Supervisory Organization (PSO) and the Ramapo Teachers Association (RTA), for the purpose of arriving at a mutually agreed plan for the purpose of conducting annual professional performance reviews (APPR) consistent with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
